Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I know that this was a troll post, but just FYI for anyone in the future...
The FTC says (http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0181-unordered-merchandise) that you can keep any unordered merchandise you receive in the mail. They recommend you notify the company that sent it to you to see about...
I love video games. That said, I just don't have the time or money anymore, between my full time job, my family, and trying to keep it all running smoothly.
What little time I do have, I'd like to use without having to fiddle with settings to try to squeek out an extra 3% increase in...
Galaxy is the best and I hope I get a video card? I mean, I've run out of clever things to say in these contests, I am a bit fatigued. Then again, this entry could be considered 'clever' in the fact that I am acknowledging my cleverness, which actually might be considered pompous, in which case...
"O Galaxy, Galaxy! Wherefore art though Galaxy?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name.
Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love
And I'll no longer be an AMD fan."
I've always been impressed by AMD's focus on 'bang for your buck'- being able to purchase cutting-edge GPUs and CPUs while not breaking the bank, and still delivering excellent performance. My very first 'gaming' CPU purchase was an Athlon XP, which I overclocked, and it performed like a champ...
As a family man, I don't get a ton of time to play anything on my computer, so I know that if I had a Galaxy-brand video card, I'd get the video horsepower needed to drive the latest games and accelerate the playback of my Blu-Ray collection. With Galaxy, I know i'm in the right hands :)
Something that should be stressed in the review is that this caching SSD is Windows 7 ONLY. It won't work with Vista or XP. I have Vista and already bought the thing, hope I can cancel my order in time. Sucks :/
obligatory post about how this would help me blah blah give me a free video card, it could be a gerbil in a wheel, if it gives me better gameplay experience then please and thank you
Well, according to Techpowerup.com, the board that their 660Ti is based on is very similiar to the 670, which is the only card to ever get a perfect 10.0 review score, which means a LOT. Similarly, HardOCP gave the 670 a Gold Rating. I KNOW that if Kyle and his reviewers give something a Gold...
