Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Really comes down to complexity of the project.
As noted above, fairly "sample" driven production tends to be pretty light CPU wise, but can start consuming a decent RAM footprint, depending on the sizes of the samples being used.
In terms of tone generation and synthesis, specially in the...

I've been a Presonus guy for years, but recently bought a Saffire Pro 40.
The drivers for it have been just rock solid, far better then PreSonus ever was.

I used to do network installs, I did Wifi installs for many many high schools in my region, and one of the biggest problems faced by a lot of schools was the number...
And no.. I don't equate ID badges with RFID tags to government tyranny.
You've got GPS, WiFi and multiple cell antennas in your phones, MP3 players, tablets, gaming handhelds, cars.
"Blackbox" like devices in your car.

I honestly don't understand what the big deal is...
This is slightly different, but I've been to many University/College campuses where the school IDs were chipped. Entry to certain locations, labs, and access to resources was tracked using either the bar scanner and/or the chip on the card...
So they got away with 1.32Mil worth of stuff...
So a couple iPhones, maybe an iPad or two; and one Mac Pro fully upgraded with max RAM and Hard Drive space.
Heres my workstation. The general layout hasn't changed a whole lot in the past year... Most just hardware upgrades of various component.
