Monitor arrived today. I think it's a keeper. Perhaps this is a sign from the universe to give up and get a C6.

Game looks incredible but what even is this reflection? Why on earth would they include such muddy footage in their flagship trailer?

These are available in the US now on dell.com. I just placed an order. The price is too good. Ask nicely in chat and they'll reduce it even further to $989.99.
  • T
No, but it's a 1.5 year old GPU that launched at $2000-$3000 and now we're in $5000 territory. That is exorbitant beyond belief and we shouldn't be normalizing it.
  • T
Ah yes, let's just stop whining and fork over $5000 for a 5090. Because that's normal.

I wish they provided some kind of indicator of the main path. I mean I love that the game is non-linear, but there's also that fear that I'm going to choose the wrong path and end up in Caelid. Keeps me on my toes at least.

This is one strange game. I'm digging it though. I've seen more enemy variety in one hour of this than the entirety of Nioh 3. Also how cool is that heavy attack combo where you grab the blade of the sword and hit the enemies with the handle...

I actually beat Wo Long but I remember having the same complaint there. Too many repeated enemies. They need to take notes from Fromsoft and give each zone unique enemies. But I guess copying and pasting is cheaper and quicker to get a product...

In general, 3rd person games play better on a controller as long as they don't require quick twitch aiming. One of the main benefits is analog movement. With WASD, you're limited to moving in 8 directions. With an analog thumbstick, there is no...

Dualsense. The HD haptics and adaptive triggers genuinely enhance the experience. And while not all PC games will support those features, there's a good 160+ games that do.

I couldn't finish this game. I got to the last zone and hit my breaking point when they made me fight Ibaraki Doji AGAIN. So not only are they copying/pasting common field enemies a million times but now they're copying/pasting bosses. It's one...

Because it's a keyboard, not a cash register. Numpad is good if you're an accountant I suppose. Personally I never touched the thing. TKL keyboards free up desk space and allow for a more natural spacing of your arms and less chance of hitting...

Because they use predatory tactics like gating content behind preorders, so people get FOMO and smash that preorder button.

Paying for a Netflix subscription to watch an advertisement is wild. Does Netflix have the infrastructure to handle this? Or is this going to be another Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson situation that completely crashes Netflix? Also, why stop at...

I picked up a 39 for $1,374 open box from best buy and it's perfect! Got it wedged between my 32" Asus DM3 & Sammy 57" so now my room looks like a NSA control center lol. I had the 45" 5k2k...liked the 45, but it was just a bit to big.... the...

Best soulslike news you could ask for. Might have to give this game another go at some point. Working my way through Lies of P right now but I miss the complex level design of Wuchang. Maybe they can make the bosses not based on actual Chinese...

Unreal Tournament 1999. I still play maps I created myself back in the day. With bot pathing, full lighting & sounds. Play on a Win98 voodoo 4 system built from parts I've had since back then. The weapons were not overly balanced like UT 2004.
