Bios went bad for 2 motherboards?
Would they be able to just send me the a new bios chip? I'll try tomorrow cuz the bios is probably fried, then again would it be able to give beep codes if it was?- tw33d

Yeah im talking about the msi. The jetway board isn't in the case. Looks like I need recommended ram for the board. Wish there was something to do to get it working without spending more money on different ram :( And all I wanted to do was sell my two 64-bit setups on ebay, get a hl2...- tw33d

lol i can't even get anything on the screen so im stuck :mad: Before i had to post this thread it was working to where i could of done the hotflashing. but it just quit turning the screen on out of no where. Makes no sense....- tw33d

No I didn't flash twice before restarting. Was running on the modded bios for awhile than flashed to newest official when it finally came out. Main problem now is that my msi just gives me beep codes with the pqi ram and the corsair ram.......wtf? I'm positive the corsair ram worked in it...- tw33d

:mad: Now I have the jetway A210GDMS-Pro and MSI RS480M2-IL. Had the jetway setup, flashed to wicked modded bios in hardforum, than flashed to official latest jetway bios, nothing came up on screen after restart.... So it seems the bios got jacked. Of course I installed the msi board...- tw33d

Plus in my experience that even though the 6800GT may technically be better. X800XL seems to handle games more smoothly. I believe nvidia = higher fps and ati = smoother graphics- tw33d

I got "SMBus interface not found" when i tryed clockgen on my jetway pro just now. Looks like it doesn't. Jetway or MSI?
Did a search on the 24 pin to 20 pin on mobo and it said to be fine, the extra 4 pins just overhang. Would I really be missing out on something without those 4 pins in use? My x800xl 512mb has an external connector of course so I would think so. Opinions?- tw33d

Check out my sig for specs Ordered a Neopower just wanted to make sure you can plug a 24 psu into the jetway pro's 20 pin connector. Plus would putting the MSI 939matx board be better since it has the 24pin connector on it?- tw33d
