    I've heard people recommend the BenQ G2400W over this monitor, but I have no relevant experience with either. The BenQ is cheaper and has HDMI though, so you may want to look into it. Also, the 245BW is $430 at Best Buy.

    23" ACD is $800 after a student discount I believe if you know a student. I'm pretty sure that it has an S-ISP panel, but I'm not sure about the quality aside from that.. Also, only 1 input (DVI).

    Would you guys feel that a 32" LCD TV would be acceptable for a living room?

    I think you should take a trip to any store that sells electronics, head to the tv section, look at a 32" tv, and decide for yourself. I really don't know how someone else can answer that for you without knowing anything about you, your budget, your living room, etc.

    I was looking into buying a new monitor, but realized I won't have the space for it or the excess money until this summer. My 2 monitors of choice were the LG L246W and the BenQ FP241W. Indications from BestBuy is that the LG is being discontinued and NCIX just got rid of their no dead pixel...
