Alright, looks like I've been looking at some less than "expert" reviews. I always though Tom's Hardware did good reviews, am I missing something? Anyway, the reviews at silentpcreview.com were very helpful, thanks for the link. Problem is now I have three choices :confused:

This two come to mind offhand for the lower voltages. I know none are scientific, but of the reviews I've read most fell 11.88-12.01 volts, which is by no means bad, I just wished it was more like 11.99-12.10 volts

I'm leaning more towards the Modstream from a couple of reviews I have read about the lower voltage the Neopower's 12v line puts out, usually only measuring 11.88. But I really wished the Modstream had dual rails and was not nearly as flashy. I like the Neopower's "understated bling".
