XFX AMD Radeon™ HD 7950 Graphics Card Lucky Draw

Oh the things I would do for this card.

Let's just make it simple ... WallpaperMania!

I edited this, original is a white background (horribly straining on the eyes).

    LG L204WT: 5ms and 2000:1 contrast

Just disable it or use another mode. I use text or user mode for movies along with tweaking color correction in the Nvidia control panel. I wound up with something that's great for all purpose use.

    LG L204WT: 5ms and 2000:1 contrast

Got my L204 today. Only it says under model "L204WTX" is there a difference between WTX, WTM, WTX and WT? These are all listed in the drivers section...eep! On a positive note. No dead pixels, unfortunately I forgot about the DVI-D cable, so VGA it is for today. Anyone have any tips for...

LG L204, WTX, WTQ, WTM & WT

I notice on the LG driver CD there's 4 different drivers. LG L204WT, WTX, WTQ and WTM. What's the difference? I just got the WTX, I hope I didn't get hosed or something...

    LG L226WT 22" 3000:1 Contrast

Hmm, well I have a 6800 and I have that resolution added and it works fine for me. Sounds like you might not have the latest ForceWare drivers for your video card. Do you have the AGP version or PCI-E version of the 6800? http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html Windows XP/2000 32bit...

    LG L226WT 22" 3000:1 Contrast

cousineddie, your 6800 will support virtually any resolution up to 2048x1536. I know this because I have a BFG GeForce 6800 GS OC. It's in the drivers, it's just that your current monitor doesn't show resolutions that it can't display. Here's what you do. Right click anywhere on desktop...

    LG L204WT: 5ms and 2000:1 contrast

I finally decided on this monitor, however I've got a couple questions and really don't want to read through all of the posts. 1. There was some speculation as to panel manufacturer. Chunghwa Model:CLAA201WA03Q Or is it LG Phillips? Is it a lottery or does it really matter? 2. The L204WT...

    Viewsonic VX2025WM

Yeah, there's a few on eBay. Can't justify paying that much, plus $70 shipping when I could have had one for $280 less than a month ago. blah, I'm kicking myself now.

    Viewsonic VX2025WM

Apparently this model has been discontinued and replaced by the VX2035WM, which uses a TN panel. Might have a hard time finding a 2025WM. From what I remember reading about the 2025, it was a great all purpose monitor.

    LG L194WTX

LG claims the panel is S-IPS, I highly doubt that considering the price tag of $247 Canadian. Here's some of the other features. Display Type: 19" TFT LCD Fast Response Time: 5ms G to G, 8 ms B to B Brightness: 300 cd/m2 Contrast Ratio: 2000:1 High Resolution: 1440 x 900 (WXGA) Viewing...
