Thanks for the help guys. I got it down to $732 and I dropped the HDD. I figure I have two perfectly good drives I just need to take a couple hours and make sure I backup everything before I format and start new. Thanks again for the help :)

What OS would you recommend? I haven't looked to much into Windows 8. I hear they changed the layout completely.
