I was running the F3 BIOS on my Gigabyte P35-DQ6 motherboard, and it was happy with either the Patriot Extreme 2x2GB sticks or the OCZ "Vista Upgrade" 2x2GB sticks. Put 'em together, though, and the memory bandwidth (as reported by Sandra XI.SP4) goes into the toilet. Upgraded from F3 to F5...
Yup, just updated from F3 to F5 on my rev 1.0 P35-DQ6 today. I have two pairs of RAM that work fine on their own (a pair of Patriot Extreme PC2-6400 2GB sticks, and a pair of OCZ "Vista Upgrade" 2GB sticks), but slowed the system down to a crawl when used together. After the F5 update, I can...
