Having compared so many "hot box tests" with [H]'s incubator environment I get to feel that [H]'s 45C incubator IS [H]arder than JG's and HWS's home-made hot box. The different results is normal because of the different condition.
I do believe this unit can get at best get a borderline pass...
Looks like ZT is good at room temperature, but fails to deliver even 80% of its capacity at the temperature it has promised. It's nice to see that [H] gives a different result than other sites, since [H]'s testing methodology is indeed [H]arder.
You may find X-1250 a bit more worthy, since it's almost equally priced, a bit less efficient, about as stable, delivers 250W more power and carries the same feature set as its Platinum brethren.

About the test platform: Which connectors are connected to 12V1 during the tests?
About the unit: On the Platimax 1200W and MaxRevo 1350W you've tested, where is the 12V remote sense wire positioned?
I suspect Enermax has put the 12VSense wire on the EPS12V 8pin connector...
Considering its quiteness and overall performance it's good for its price. However since it's one mile (rather than one step) behind the 80Plus Gold efficiency it claimed, it's not award winning.
They sent Ecos a file claiming that RX-1000E used Andyson's K series platform (80+ Silver to Gold efficiency) so the 80Plus test data is actually from another 80Plus Gold unit. The mass production units use Andyson's E series platform whose efficiency is much lower.
At first I don't understand how Topower could make a single-output 12V PSU this bad, then I noticed the strange secondary layout indicating an ordinary ATX PSU without the minor rails... Damn, is this their so called "engineering"?
After carefully examining the output side of the PCB, I realized they might have just removed the components(transistor Q601) for fan control! LOL
It's indeed a cheapo lowish 300W unit.
