    Powercolor?

    My recent RMA experience with Powercolor was not good. It took 32 days from when they received my card to when I received the replacement. They didn't fix my card they replaced it so I can only imagine my original card was forgotten for some time. I'll be steering clear of them for that reason.

    DDR 1600 vs faster ram?

    16GB @ 1600Mhz should be sufficient and I personally wouldn't spend the money on an upgrade. Anandtech did a great article that shows how little of a difference there is between RAM at different speeds.
