    No problem although w/ the separate hdd area on the v1000, I don't see that using it laying flat will do much for extra cooling to warrant getting it.

    I ended up going this route: Kama Bay . If you have 3 bays to spare, it has a mesh face plus extra cooling for the price of two of what you're looking at--It hasn't arrived yet so I can't say how well it works

    I just got it figured out--I had it switched to dvi--I needed to make the digital display the primary one in the display settings (an analog and a digital one were created there). Thanks for the suggestions!
