it is not bad in compatibility mod but its just a whole different level with helix 3d mod, play around with depth and more importantly convergence till u find what u like, i find myself just walking around and admiring the scenery more than actually playing lol, it just feels like a real world...
man i have 100hrs in it and didnt finish the main game yet, dont know why i keep postponing it, and i m hearing great things about the 2 expansions.
i m playing it now in 3d vision on an OLED 55 and its jaw dropping really, if u think it looked good before try it in 3d vision with the Helixmod...
Hey, sorry again for the late reply, i dont check very often.
The lg E7 is the 2017 model, to my knowledge its not 3d capable, but anyway u can try the Acer HR274H passive 3D minitor EDID, search for it on google and ull find it easily, after thay u need to disable in windows driver protection...
Not really, dont get me wrong, no projector will give u that OLED contrast no matter the price, but for under $6000 u can get a JVC or Sony that has amazing picture quality up to 150inch. thew only issue is u need to have the right room for it with dark walls etc... but its worth it and way less...
I hope i m not too late , but 3d vision works great with lg oled c6 , i have the same tv connected to my pc , u just need to use an EDID driver for the tv which is very simple to use and it takes 2min and an Eye Swapper app and ur set to go .
4k 3d in games with proper helix fix ( community that...
I think demos are crucial for PC these days , i cant believe so many games have been released lately with Beta written all over them , its like releasing an unfinished product ,i know betas are a small portion of the game but it can give u an idea at least , latest batman was just unplayable...
Since ur considering 1080ti SLI i guess money isnt an issue and in that case i say do it , 1 1080ti will not be enough in all games at 4k/60 , look at TitanXP and ull get a close estimate at what ull be getting with the Ti .
Now after i tried 3dvision on my 4k Oled usind EDID override i just...
27" in my opinion is not big enough for 4k
The monitor i m waiting for ( and i might be waiting 5 years or more for that to be avialable at less than $1000 ) is a 40" OLED 4k and 144hz , i think by then we ll have more than enough GPU power for it .
exactly , but thats true when ur using ur tv as a pc monitor and sitting up close , but for consoles most people will not be sitting close to their tv's .
Yeah i agree with you , i dont think its very smart of me paying $2500 for an 1080p display even if its OLED , and on top of that the KS9500 is around $500 cheaper , so that settles it for me .
Yeah i occasionally play at 4k on my current LG TV and i have the rig to do so , that's what making the decision to go 1080p OLED hard for me although the PQ is just amazing , if it was 4k it would be an instant buy .
I did check rtings reviews for both LG oled and ks9500 ( very similar to...
i would love to have 4k content , but 4k streaming isnt possible due to 2Mbps connection , and buying 4k blurays from the states and shipping them here ( Middle East ) will cost me around $60-70/movie which i dont think is worh it , so my only 4k content will be gaming through my pc .
Since u...
Thanks Maza for ur detailed reply , it is very helpful .
I dont mind babysitting the OLED to avoid image retention , desktop use is close to none , the only time i m going to use it is to play video games that dont support more than 60hz or playing the PS4 , other than that its purely for...
