    Maybe that's not his use case? I really don't understand why this is such a crusade for some people. Some people don't use their computers for movies or TV shows. Some don't play games that don't support ultra wide resolutions. I would hardly say that every single other use case for computers...

    My 48JS9000 showed up today. I'm waiting for the 18gbps redmere hdmi cables that I ordered to show up tomorrow and I'll get it set up as a monitor. I picked it a height adjustable monitor arm for it that I'll install this weekend and my battle station will be set up.
