What would ya'll consider to be the best motherboard for an athlon XP 3000+ processer. I need an 8X AGP slot for my 9700 Pro so a pci-e card is out of the question. I would like a board that is stable and overclocks well.

60 bucks seems like alot to replace a BIOS. What motherboards would you recommend for a system with this kind of processer? I have an ATI 9700 Pro video card so AGP is a must.

I've got a question about an e-machine T3065. It's got a 3000+ AMD athlon in it but I can't overclock the nforce2 mobo under BIOS. I was wondering if I could flash the mobo and use the retail BIOS to overclock it?
