An update:
It appears to be the power supply. I took the power supply out of the tower, and rotated it while on. When it was vertical like when the case was horizontal, it worked fine. As I rotated it to horizontal like a vertical case, it automatically powered off. So I emailed ZZF to RMA...
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I'm going to try checking the wires coming from the front of the case, reseating the cards, then I'm just going to disassemble and reassemble the whole thing. Hopefully find this short or screw somewhere, somehow.
