    Minimize Firefox, then tell me how much memory it's using. ;) Minimizing firefox should dump your memory usage to around 4MB. The main reasons for the large memory usage are badly behaved extensions & the XUL cross-platform framework.

    The PSU can handle it. You main problem is going to be heat. I have a dvd burner, 2 wd 200 gig gard drives & a radeon 9500 pro on my sn41g2. The additional hdd added a lot of heat.

    How so? Upping the FSB results in stability (heat related) issues. I ran BF2 for the first few hours before the problems started & tried changing things to High. I was able to keep my FPS like I had on medium settings. :) Time to upgrade..... :p It's not so much that I don't see a difference...

    I have an sn41g2 w/ a Athlon 2500+. I leave the case off & my temps drop almost 5 degrees. Idle temp for me is 38, full load hovers around 47-48. With the case on, it'll jump to 50, sometimes 52.
