Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Is there any way to turn off the input notifications that appear on the upper right of the TV? I have this TV (non-gaming) in my dorm room, and the signal frequently changes, so the window pops up pretty often signaling a change from stereo to audio or vice versa.
Any help is greatly...
I finally had my 2690 mailed to me! I have it connect dvi-hdmi from the dvi-d port, but I'm annoyed by the grey borders.....does anyone know if you can change the color? how can i change it through the menus?
edit: nevermind, figured out how to access the secret menu.
edit 2: Bleh, now I'm...
Does anyone know how easy or how long it takes to switch between the DVI-I and DVI-D inputs on the 2690? For example, if I had two PCs connected to each input or a PC on one and a PS3 on another, how convenient is the switch?
Clearly, you're being sarcastic. Post some pics, or I'll be FORCED to call you a liar (clearly I'm being playful, but post some pics for futher confirmation anyway).
I don't get it. In the review it says you can change the blue background to a different color: . If this isn't true, I would definitely be annoyed by the blue background. Can someone please confirm that you can change it to black?
I think it really is personal opinion. I've got a pair of 2707's that I'll be sending back to Dell in the coming week. I paid $1100 (including taxes), but I just can't seem to justify the purchase. The resolution in fantastic. The 3 inches really doesn't seem to affect the quality of the pixels...
I posted this somewhere else, but I think it's close to being correct:

"The 24-inch 2407WFP-HC uses the combination of an improved cold-cathode fluorescent backlight and an S-PVA panel to...

Sorry, I just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly. So, you're saying that there won't be any difference between the 24 and 27inch models in terms of higher image quality? Or are you saying 92% only makes a difference when viewing 10bit or greater color (and windows runs in 32bit...
Just got this delivered to me the other day. I'm still getting adjusted to the ginormous screen size. It's tempting to return it for the 2407wfp-hc, but the bezel is oh so beautiful.:D
Care to enlighten me as to how? I just dropped about 1100 (including shipping and taxes). I'm pretty sure it'll be worth it on Monday when the package arrives, but I'd love to not be that stereotypical poor-college student.
As for, no love... sure would be nice to see more pictures like the...
