I've used a Pantone huey Pro to calibrate my dualhead setup with good results. I think that it will be difficult to see the same colors on two different screens without a calibration device but it doesn't hurt to try! The links provided above are really helpful.

Indeed. Windows Vista is a color aware "application", as is Photoshop and Bibble Pro and that is all I need. Games will of course be uncalibrated, that's fine with me.
