Was curious about this Umidigi brand and it looks like the move to e-sims means US carriers can lock down their networks based on phone brand whereas you used to be able to just pop-in / pop-out sim cards into compatible hardware.

Hey HardForum,
I have a board (MSI B450I GAMING PLUS AC) which previous owner said went through a failed BIOS update. Current state is mobo boots to the white BOOT debug LED and then just sits there on a blank screen, multiple GPUs / RAM / CPUs tested. Board does NOT have flashback / second...
What games does your friend's daughter play? The 1080ti (and all Pascal and older cards) lost nVidia driver support in late 2025. Will this be an issue?

2400 is pretty slow, I know I got a lot smoother gaming performance going to 3200 on the kit in my current system that I forgot to turn XMP on for lol. These days, it's very much dependent on the screen rez and refresh rate as much as the video game itself, of course. Also, I'm pretty sure 3200...
What speed is your DDR4 at? I think the 9600K maxes out at 2666 so Intel 12th gen would get you in to 3200+ which isn't going to be world changing but a nice upgrade.
What GPU are we working with here? Most non high end GPUs are not going to benefit greatly from PCI-E 4.0 and above but it's...
6000+ kits are selling for an extreme premium on the open market due to how finicky DDR5 is and the lack of supply. If you're willing to kick down to 4800 - 5600, you might have better luck.
