    Thanks a ton for the info! I tried the screws, and at first it didn't seem to be doing anything, then I heard another pop, and the screen went back to normal. Is this something I can expect to happen again?

    How did you fix it? I never really switched resolutions on it, usually keeping it at 16x12 @85hz. I never had a KVM on it either.
