Install esxi on it. It's easy and effective. Then make vm's with 2-4 cores test on those vm's. Break em, build em, destroy em, do it all over again. Install an ssd for the ones that you are going to destroy often.
If you are a business you generally buy these by mfg part #. Those generally range from 3 year nbd to windows pro, etc. It's also an easy way to compare prices between retailers.

My biggest mistake is playing td2 at release, I think one of things that saved me in td1 was waiting multiple updates before buying it. NOTHING irritates me more than "constant balances"

The xbox game pass has gotten better (as in a wider audiences). Frostpunk, gears, metro exodus, outer worlds, FFXV, Halo, Plague Tale, etc.
