btw i am upgrading to this new card for the avivo encoder for use with MCE seems that is is ALOT faster. ... do i need catalyst 6.4 for the vivo encoder to work in mce? thebeen

anyone else believe the 6.4's are showing lots of problems on the x1000 series? -thebeen if i were to keep the same drivers... simply swap is fine????

thanks man!! my pci-e slot that is open is part of the dual slots that are x16 for SLI cards will it still work even though this is not a video card? might seem like a stupid question but yea..i mean can i use it as a normal slot .. i will never think about using SLI mode -thebeen

has anyone tried this combo? if i put the sapphire card in the mobo, i can get through my primary bios screens...but once the windows logo should appear, i am stuck with a blank screen... system hangs.. i force shutdown .. .. take out the sapphire card...restart, and i see "windows did not...

i know it sounds stupid but check to make sure you +12V 4 pin is connected securely to the motherboard mine came loose and i was stuck in your same boat, until i tightened it up love the mobo
