    The reason why you don't see people mount the fan under the rad is because it would force the unit's tubing into a very tight turn radius. I don't have the asetek myself but i've done my fair share of watercooling with soft and hard tubing...it looks like you might get a kink in the tubing since...

    Most builds I've seen have the fan in push configuration relative to the heatsink (push air at the heatsink fins rather than pull it away)

    I can't say that I've put my ear directly next to the PSU but I can't hear any type of coil whine from about 2-3 feet away when the room is quiet.

    Do you have any idea of what additional mounting hardware (screws, ball joints etc) is necessary to attach Duke00's custom side panels to the case? I grabbed the files he posted for the design and will get it made locally. Any help would be appreciated!
