It looks like I'm gonna use the GTX360. It has better performance above 1400RPM and its performance below is usable. Also, the Gentle Typhoon AP-15s should be able to dissipate nearly 800 watts with a 10*C temperature delta.
That's a relief. However, what about the life of the chip operating above 80*C? Doesn't Intel recommend to not exceed 65*C or 70*C if you don't want to shorten the life of your CPU?
