There are no emulators that I know of for OS X... And if there were you'd have to buy a license for the copy of OS X you were running... There is a way to boot OS X on a PC, but I'm quite sure it is not legal... It is described here. I am not recommending this, however... ;)

Thanks a lot for the replies guys... I figured I would have to upgrade the PSU, but this is not problem because I have a spare laying around... I did more research and found out the mobo is a Micro-ATX ASUS... I'm thinking I'm gonna order this thing within the next day or two... :D
