For Canada, USPS Priority International is what I would prefer. It's reasonably fast and comes with free tracking. Plus there's a flat fee if the case manages to fit the size of the box.
The motherboard has 4 sata ports, and 1 mPCIe slot. I can have the OS on the mPCIe SSD. And the 4 ports can be used for the HDs.
However, since Aesma pointed out I can't just expand the VDEV, that forces me to buy 6 drives. Regardless, I will have to get a LSI card now.

If you are planning to use ESXi you realize DBS1200KP(R) does not support VT-D (e.g. no hardware passthrough).
The DQ77KB looks okay but does not have PCI-e 8X so might not be ideal if you are planning to put in a SAS controller.

Since this is a niche case, I'd expect the price to be quite a bit. Unless we are talking over 300-400USD, I think anything under 300 it reasonable due to the cost, volume, etc.
