I ordered from frozencpu as well. I had two baggies with brackets in mine and one of them had 1151 brackets inside.
Initially, when I thought I didn't have them I contacted email@example.com and they offered to send the brackets to me. So give that a shot.

The manual that comes with it says that it only supports 775 and 1366 but there is an 115x bracket in the box. It has 3 holes in it. I thought the same thing when I got mine. Double check your accessories.
Ignore the clock speeds in the screen shots. After the benchmark runs the clock speed bounces around and it just happened to be in different spots when I took the screen shots. Both tests were @ 4.2Ghz during load.
