    Well, I considered upgrading the front fan. I know it isn't pulling that much air. But my ambient temps are pretty low and the HS doesn't seem to be getting hot. Maybe I'll see what temps I get with the case open to see if a better case fan would help.

    It's a Q8200. Used the OEM thermal compound that came with the Geminii. Didn't have any AS5 on hand. Do you think a different thermal compound would make a big difference?

    Well, I've decided to go with the Geminii S with a slim 120mm fan. This seems like the most proven solution. While, I think the fanless Geminii might work, all of the reviews of that HS without fans are discouraging. Thanks for your advice.

    Ok, so I've seen people using both the Geminii (passively) in an SG05 and the Geminii S with a slim fan. My question is which would be better? Not sure the PSU fan and the case fan in the front would move enough air to keep the Geminii cool. Let me know what you guys think.
