100f falls within normal operation tolerances for hdd's. 60c however is definately something I would not be overly comfortable with having an external hdd operating at for extended periods.

Here's the real kicker, buying the dlc car packs only unlocks the cars for purchase. They aren't added into your garage, you still have to grind for coins or buy tokens to buy the cars in game to drive them.
