my guess is - No. I think you can use the Ghost-image in a virtual machine, pretty sure you need 74GB for it though.

Have you tested the drives individually?

a fan controller will save the day with those rear fans and fan-bracket fans, very good air movers and not that noisy when tuned... However, it's not going to be quiet/silent, unless you get very cool drives that doesn't need a lot of air pushed around that will allow you to run the fans in very...

Better get those raid-friendly drives while they are cheap, I'm expecting a 50-100% price increase in these type of drives :(

don't use default ports on anything that isn't supposed to be accessed by others, vpn+vlan as mentioned is preferred though
