Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I check craigslist fairly often, but I live in a somewhat remote area, so it's not exactly heavy-traffic. Tons of iPhones, it would seem, but I haven't seen a single Blackberry in months.
Lo and behold, they do carry the AT&T 8120, the phone of myth.

The catch now is that even though it's an AT&T phone, it's unlocked, something completely unnecessary for me, and it looks like the difference will...
I've often seen mention of the different types of panels, but never really paid them any mind since I wasn't really in the market for a new monitor. Now there's this business with a discontinued refurbished monitor, and I'm trying to figure out if learning about the different types of panels is...
Well... why? I'm not seeing anything about this monitor just offhand that would make it that much better, not for the smaller size. The TV tuner is neat, I guess, but I wouldn't use it.
I think I prefer the matte finish, but that's what I have now and so I may just be biased. Also, the Asus dropped another $10 since I looked at it yesterday, so with the rebate I think I may just buy it.
Any outstanding objections?
...but I can't find anywhere I can buy one other than the AT&T website. For AT&T, that is. T-Mobile seems to be just lousy with them, but I'd rather not muck about with the whole unlocking business.
Anybody know of anyone other than the AT&T website that I could buy one from? With or without...
How about this one? It's a little cheaper, but the customer choice award couldn't hurt.

It's not that I don't want widescreen, it's just that I like my monitor the way it is now. I'll rephrase the question to something simpler:
What is the best LCD monitor under $200 for someone who doesn't really game?
I'm fairly confident that I'm going to have to buy a new monitor within the next week, as my beloved VX922 is going to die soon. I had started a thread about it, but it went nowhere, and the problem has gotten worse, so on to phase two.
I like 19", but since everything seems to be widescreen...
Thanks for the input, but that doesn't really answer my question. I know there's no way Viewsonic will replace my monitor, it's three or four years old, so their customer service has no impact on my decision.
I've got a Viewsonic VX922 that I've loved dearly since the day I got it, but recently I've started to notice a faint flicker, like the backlighting is no longer constant. It's very subtle, and I can hardly notice it at all. I'm guessing this means that my beloved monitor is dying, but maybe I'm...
