I have an Athlon X2 5200+ stock @ 2.6 ghz. Just curious as to whether or not this will bottleneck a GTS 250 1GB?

If you buy EVGA cards used, are they still under warranty and can they be used to step up?

The only thing I see about that is, most of the 9800GTX+ are still more expensive than the GTS 250! I don't know why.. It would be nice if they were at least equal in price. Maybe if I can find a used one for a good price with the warranty in tact.....
