    Case recommandations? Lian Li PC-A77F?

Cheers! Just decided towards the A71F though. Not only a bit cheaper but also more elegant with the front door instead of that cheapo front bezel.

    Case recommandations? Lian Li PC-A77F?

Hey Tisca, the case on the side is the Z-70, isn't it? Would you have more pictures with all of them side by side? I'm shopping for a new Lian Li tower, and the PC Z-70 would be my choice but that plastic upper front panel is UGLY. Wouldn't buy it if it couldn't be replaced. Considering PC-A77F...

NEC PA241w testing - the next step

As it seems like all IPS panes have basically the same hardware, it is amazing to me the difference of the effect of AG coating on the PA241W compared to the Dell U2410. I didn't put them side by side, but it is much better on the Nec, don't ask me why. It's more than acceptable to me (the Dell...

NEC (PA241W vs PA271W) vs Eizo CG243W NEW

Numbers and trolling aside, I'm in love with my PA241W. Black levels might not be perfect but colour gradients and panel uniformity are just fantastic. Overall image quality plus great usability including a good scaler with even with PIP (which's been quite useful lately) and ability to switch...

A new NEC professional IPS? PA series

Any thoughts on PA241W versus 2490WUXi2 for moving images? Is the PA series any better / worse for moving images? I'm buying a second panel (third will follow) mainly for applications / video watching and wondering if it makes any sense at all to mix both panels or just stick to 3x PA241Ws and...

A new NEC professional IPS? PA series

Can't laugh myself. I had my 241W hooked to a eeepc for a week or so, limited to a resolution not too far from 320x240 :D

A new NEC professional IPS? PA series

I know that. I bought the monitor from Digitec but they didnt ship a separate power chord. Nec said it is a non-swiss unit (does it even exist? It is not mentioned in the manual) so someone swallowed my power chord in the way. Im enquiring the guys at Digitec and we will see it. Btw Im start...

A new NEC professional IPS? PA series

I've had my PA241W in my desk for around a month now. It's not been calibrated yet due to the lack of time to research about the best calibration tool for me. Upon turning it on, I can hear quite clearly a electrical noise from my chair. The noise goes away pretty quicly (1-2 minutes) and...

GTX 580 SLI: 1.5GB vs 3GB Benchmarks? Anyone found any?

Wow! Thats cool. I checked Evga in the beggining of the week (sort of) and found nothing there. Id pay 50 bucks more on these graphics easily, and the reason would be my plans to learn cuda programming which are sensitive to card memory.

GTX 580 SLI: 1.5GB vs 3GB Benchmarks? Anyone found any?

So is there an official announce of Evga's 3gb 580? Anyone cares to share a link?

AMD to nVidia: Put Up or Shut Up

I don't think there's a winner in this discussion. If you take a look at benchmarks (Anandtech's for example), each card alternate the lead in different tests. It's all about picking the ones you like most to make your point.

The "Forge" Lian-Li A77F Custom Watercooled PC

Hi! Looking for some Lian Li case for WC. Your setup is awesome not only from an aesthetic point of view :) For the moment I am considering those narrow LL towers, but not only expensive they can't take so big rads internally. Would you mind showing us the front rad and pump assembly? thanks!

    New Lian Li PC-X2000F w/ USB 3.0

Nice links, thanks! Yet I wouldn't put the radiator outside, since besides losing the air filter it's not efficient for the air intake. There seems to be enough space for a large radiator inside, though as it will fit a X900 like this guy's...
