How anon are bitcoins?
Once a transaction is sent, it is displayed on the public bitcoin ledger and can not be retrieved. The only known way to retrieve (or rather falsify) bitcoins is by double spending...which makes the transaction unable to be confirmed and is returned to the sender after a period of time.
