Found out the issue. It was a firmware update to fix compatibility with certain UEFI SBIOSes on 4080s and 4090s.

So I installed a new graphics card and forgot to uninstall it before I installed the new graphics card. Now I can't seem to access safe mode or windows recovery with csm(Compatibility Support Module) disabled. With it enabled I can access it. Other problem is I want csm off so I can use...

Would this work with a corsair RM850x and a 4080 fe?

Does this just require the cpu for activation and after you can play it on intel?

Could it be that on all their test machines the shaders were compiled already and they didn't notice it?
