    I actually did try turning off all power saving features before when I was first reading about their effect on latency. I tried turning them all of again to double check, and it doesn't seem to help. LatencyMon is showing good latency at the moment, but still lots of reported Hard Page...

    Tested both sticks separately, and in other DIMM slots and no change. I also tested the OS on a separate drive. Not sure what to try next, besides taking all the parts out including the motherboard, and reinstalling everything. Maybe something not connected properly, I really don't know what...

    K thank you. I did take out the gpu just to check, and it didn't help. Going to test the memory next. I did run the memory through multiple memtest passthroughs without incident. But I have yet to take any of it out.

    The PSU is a CX Builder. By onboard you mean the IGPU on the G3258? Don't know why I would use it, the 8800 still is quite a bit better.

    Think I'm going to go with the ASUS VN248H-P IPS Panel. Spent a day using my brothers BenQ TN panel(which is similar to the one I was looking at) and not happy with how it looks during everyday PC use. I doubt the 3-4 ms difference will bother me too much while gaming on the PS4/PC.
