Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Remember Ajit came from Verizon. Bottom line is profits for execs and shareholders is priority #1, social good may be an indirect side effect that cannot hurt the bottom line. We'll see if people read the EULA and revolt on social media. All traffic shaping/throttling must be disclosed in the...
Interesting info... I've been forum apathetic in recent months...
My 1st XFX XXX GTX280 hovered around mid-70s under load until it went bad. This card was purchased shortly after the nVidia price drop prior to X2 from Egg when they got shipments. This card was short-lived at the Egg. My...
I received by XXX replacement card this past Wednesday, a not so clean, factory replacement. I hope they didn't just send me a factory return(turnaround) from a reseller. I ran 3DMark06 and artifacts and polygon corruption on test 1 & 2. Sometimes, the firefly in the tree scene locked up PC...
I finally got a tech response in my online ticket this past Friday with a tracking#. Takes them +5 business days from bench test confirmation to actual shipping of replacement. My replacement should arrive on Wednesday. It better be a XXX 670 clocked version that works as advertised.

Last Friday, XFX tech support confirmed my GT280 XXX(2 months old from Newegg) is bad through in-house, bench tests. No advance replacement mechanism. No response until today about the replacement status. Today, I get a message saying I'll be contacted when the replacement will be sent out...
I am keeping the 244T as my general use monitor. I may have some regret if a new 23"-24" panel is introduced that has great overall performance, but that the biz...

May just be a cheaper version of the 244T.
Kleox64,
I may keep the Sammy for my regular use(vertical res concerns, too) and look at multi setup. Just when I thought I could clean up my workstation area... Sammy tilts, Sony doesn't.
Tempest,
I found the rebate from Buy.com, went to necdisplay and looked up the authorized resellers...
Sorry guys... talking out of my a$$.
I thought I saw different results from a few minutes varying resolutions and forcing 4:3/16:9 on the Sammy. After playing longer at each resolution and monitor aspect ratio, lag seems equal. It's all monitor doing the lag.
Some games are manageable...
I bought the 244T from a site that had return satisfaction clauses. So far, it seems nice for most things.... except the lag... I did some unscientific tests and draw some thoughts...

I perceive the lag is worse at higher...
