Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Ah, so it's not just me being inept? Is this something that may be fixed in an update down the road? I do seem to get less v droop with this BIOS and I'd like to be able to utilize the higher voltage options if I end up getting a waterblock. I guess that for now I'll leave it on teh card but...
Has anyone that has flashed to the ASUS BIOS had an issue with the card not dropping frequencies at idle? I can't get mine to default back to 300/150 now.
Has anyone had an issue where, after you cold boot, the video card fails to downclock when it isn't under load? I had this problem earlier and couldn't correct it without deleting and re-installing drivers. Sure enough, the next time I fire it up I'm back to the card staying at 1125/1575 even...
Hmm. So, just to get a better handle on the way my card is running I did a few Furmark passes. On the initial pass, with all settings at stock in CCC, i netted 44fps on the 1080p preset. I went back and maxed the voltage slider only, making no changes to memory or core clocks, and netted 57...
I actually have a similar issue. I can alter the GPU and memory clocks without seeing any performance changes, even after altering the voltage. Then there are times that I get a significant boost in Furmark scores (actually, virtually identical to the numbers you posted) with some light...
