I'm using the latest HWMonitor, 1.35.0 Driver version 146
It looks like it's not afraid to gobble up voltage with the Max Voltage #'s of 1.494V across 5 cores and 1.5000 on the other 3.
Just an update, it works and it feels to be working very well.
The only setting I've changed from the 4.6 Bios is the XMP profile for 3200 memory.
One weird thing is that HW Monitor shows it running steady @ 3950, up to 4200 at any given moment during gaming.
