    Here it is Nov 2011 and this case is still being sold with all the parts painted in nonconductive black paint. My system also crashes when touching the silver ring around the case. I was wondering if this would be a problem when I assembled it, seeing all the parts are painted- no good...

    RAID Option on GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
