    Short cut won't run in members log in

    I have a XP Pro computer set up with an administrator side and a members side. A shortcut works fine on the adminstrator's side but the short cut won't run on the members side. Part of the properties are grayed out in the properites of the shortcut so I can't change anything. Any ideas sort...

    Upgrade an Intell Dell 8400 CPU (3.0)

    I would like to upgrade the CPU on my dell 8400- now have a socket 775 P4-3.0 Ghz. I saw Newegg has a Pentium D 930 that is a dual core socket 775. Does anyone know if this will work ? or if not, what I can upgrade to ?? Not much chance of OC with this Dell. Thanks steinr98
