The SSD drives have gotten more and more reliable. Do t go with older models, go with Samsung 850 or Vertex 460a.

I heard that Gigabyte downgrade their boards with revisions of its original motherboards. It's easy to spot since they have Rev 1.1 or Rev 2.0 or Rev 3.0, but with a same EAN code shops can't tell the difference. Does this also happen with other brands? I'm worried that my next purchase, I end...

I have the ASRock Z97E-ITX for awhile, the things I like about it: Realtek ALC1150, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac 450Mbs over the air using an AC router with Bluetooth 4.0 / 3.0 + High speed class II, HDMI-In for plugging in other HDMI devices...and that's a lot of goodies that Asus probably can't...

Not sure if this is only confusing to me, but why are there so many different versions of X99 boards by EACH manufacturer? I'm looking at Asrock, they have about 10 models: http://www.asrock.com.tw/microsite/IntelX99/ Then I'm looking at MSI and there are 6 models...

Seems that it goes in cycles...where sometimes Kingston is good, then Crucial and now seems that OCZ is not bad...but PNY I'd reconsider and how's their RMA?

You'd still want to enclose it to protect from drops or spills right?
