    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

Nice design. But I have a Z270i strix and I will not replace it for new cooler. Mybe modding heatsink could be oki if the improvments is significant. For me 100$ would be fine that is what I spenat on c7 and NH-L9i.

Coarsair Vengeance LED white Didn't want to wait for the RGB. I know I wanted a black and white build. Just to bad that I need to swap out the C7 fan. NOCTUA is so ugly! The Z270i Strix has not the strongest RGB. As you can se in the picture the ram is much stronger. I will probably buy some...

My first DIY cable mode. Corsair SF450 and Asus Z270i Strix I made the CPU cable 24 cm. It is on the long side but 20 cm will be tight.

I can't comfirme untill I have done custom cables. I will try to make some later this week. I think you may need longer PCI cable if you want sleeved cables because it will not fitt between PSU and GPU.

I will do custom cables myself when I get the time. You don't really know how much extra you need for bends etcetera. This is my estimation. Shortest way 24pin 10 cm 8pin CPU 20 cm 8pin GPU 20 cm (Depends on how you will route it. I did it behind the GPU and PSU) Edit...

Great work! I tried to shorten and sleev a PCI-E cable yesterday when I didn't got my cases and I need some help. After you cut the correct length how did you cut the sleev a littel bitt shorter? My sleev don't stretch so much. How did you do your shared/jumps? Did you just mash two in one...

It is no problem. I was wrong. You have a 0,1mm gap :)

I'm not an expert on building PC so it is just my thoughts. Do you not want to have the fins from the cpu heatsink vertical if the hot air is suppose to go out through the top? Your mainboard have some obstacle over the heatsink so it maybe correct rotated but you may consider removing the IO...

False alram it fit. You probably want to install the m.2 first. The C7 heat sink didn't go as low as the m.2 heat shield. I can fit a tin paper between them (not a thick). Probably a gap of 0,1 to 0,15 mm.
