    Look for something rubbing on the fan like a cable/cable tie. Or it can be something loose inside the PSU case, in which case take the PSU apart to get a better look. Otherwise I thought I heard of a Deal on PCP&C 750. Check that option too

    I agree. test with a multimeter. At this time, your readings from the BIOS are within 5% of what your PSU is rated for. Multimeter Test HERE good luck, let us know when you peg it out

    You used the same Monitor from the PC that is not booting? and that worked too? Have u tried switching off the Power Supply for the PC, then switching it back ON?
