    The right (newer) monitor is in fact Rev A01, while the first is Rev A00. I'm no expert but the newer one does look better to me, mainly in the colors. Anyway, I decided to return this one and just hold out for one of the new Dell 24' IPS models eventually. Thanks for the feedback guys.
