Hi Guys. First time soon-to-be watercooler and I'd love some help with my first build. Basically, I want to make my (almost) 1-year old build more silent. Being able to overclock is nice, but this has 2nd priority. The build consists of (among other stuff): Cooler Master ACTS 840...
