    Thanks for that, I just put a loop together with a MCW60 gpu block that I already had onto a 8800 GTS by swaping to the new plate, and swiftech ram sinks. But the crappy adhesive that comes with those sinks gives up after hanging upside down for a few minutes. I'll try some Artic epoxy.

    The tittle says it all. I haven't been able to find this info. I found a review that said the 640 card has 12 chips. I'm buying chip heatsinks and they come in packs of 8. I'm wondering if I need more than one pack.

    LOL I'm not all that familiar with these cards, but it sounds like one of the old IRQ conflicts to me. Although....in my experience at least....almost all those went away with the introduction of XP.
