Looking for a 5770 for $80 shipped to 11220. There's one for $75 AR/AC on Newegg so if I can't find one for $80 used by tomorrow, I'll opt for the new one since that's when the rebate ends.

Why not? If the item doesn't arrive in the condition stated, then the buyer is entitled to a full refund (shipping included). If the seller skimped on insurance then he shafted himself. The buyer really isn't at any loss regardless of where the damage occurred provided it wasn't his fault.
SVC has been great to me, the one time I needed to return something was for Thermalright fan clips. Obviously I paid the $2 for return shipping. but they offered me free shipping on my next order.
It's different with CrazyPC, they get a large portion of their profits from ridiculous shipping rates. The more orders they can fulfill, the less money they lose.

On the contrary, USPS has been very efficient with tracking my packages, even the free delivery confirmation that comes with all priority shipments when paid for online updates every step of the way.
