On a Gigabyte motherboard? When I try changing the DDR3 voltage the DDR VTT option fades out. My RAM is rated for 1.750v and the VTT is at .800 where it should be at .875. I guess because of this, my system is unstable.

4 GHz with 1.45v you should see about 50-55c on max load (IntelBurnTest). That's what I'm seeing at least. Folding using the SMP client (all 6 cores) I get about 50c max load.
